Central Florida FSC Test Sessions
Free skate, moves in the field, and ice dance tests are hosted by Central Florida Figure Skating Club throughout the year to highlight the skating abilities and accomplishments of our skaters. We schedule test sessions to best accommodate all of our members and the schedule is provided in advance so that coaches, skaters and parents can plan and set goals accordingly. For more information on testing, visit USFS Testing Structure page.
Each year we host over 300 tests for USFS members in FS, MITF and Dance (Solo and Pairs)

Hosting test sessions is a service of the club, the Test Chair, Ice Monitors, and the Judges are all VOLUNTEERS and the fees paid by each skater strictly cover the expenses associated with testing. Test sessions are not a fundraising activity for the club and in some cases costs exceed revenue, so planning and scheduling is critical to the financial health of the club.
CFFSC Test Sessions Policy
We will begin accepting applications 6 weeks prior to the test date. Early applications will not be accepted. CFFSC members will receive priority registration. All Participants are required to meet with the COVID-19 Safety Protocols of the test session as well as any state, county or local safety protocols.
Applications and fees must be received NO LATER THAN APPLICATION DEADLINE. Check out our Test Session Planning Form for planning assistance, then sign up on our Membership and Test Registration Site. If late applications are accepted, there is a $25 late fee.
A permission letter which verifies your club standing and that you are qualified to take this test must accompany your application if CFFSC is not your home club.
All clubs outside of the CFFSC and Individual skaters will pay an additonal fee. Clubs excluded from this fee where reciprocity has been established are as follows:
- Daytona Beach FSC
- First Coast FSC of Jacksonville
- Spacecoast Iceplex FSC
The CFFSC regrets that we cannot provide refunds for test fees, unless the test session is cancelled or we are unable to place you on the schedule.
CFFSC follows all USFS, State and Local health and safety guidelines. All participants in a test session are required to sign an agreement and waiver which explicitly states they will follow all the test session guidelines.
